Six Sigma Success

In previous employment, we successfully attempted a collections process improvement project. The goal was to see new hire debt collectors increase their collections by 15% over their first six months of employment.

Following a Six Sigma DMAIC format, we exceeded our stated goal by roughly 3% (~18%.)

Beyond enhanced revenues, employee satisfaction increased, and not surprisingly attrition decreased.
