SOPs are critical, yet often overlooked or downplayed aspect of many businesses. A well developed, easy to maintain, standard operating procedure process will go a long way in keeping the business running smoothly.
What If
Effective SOPs can instruct other employees on how to perform vital tasks. What if a key employee needs to be off work for an extended period of time?
